I've listen to Dj's in radio stations and here in vdj radio................in mixes DJ's use lyrics from on song and put different beats or the other way around........how do they do that ..............do they find a perfect beat to go with the lyrics or do they make their own beats for the lyrics

There are a few ways this is done. Using the same beat rates of songs, using loops, using the high/mid/bass faders and using plugins and effects to adjust the speed and or levels of the tracks to fit them over one another.

Radio DJ's have plentiful resources that are not available to non-radio personnel of little gems such as;
Accapellas as well as instrumentals (Sort of Karaoke versions) of the hottest songs on the radio.
Since the basic structure of most songs are similar (8 beats, 16 beats, etc), this opens up many many creative opportunities AKA mashups / Bootlegs.
