Is their only one skin for the mac . All the other skins say they are window files?

Take alook at DJ formats skins they have mac downloads more to come soon.

I have uploaded some converted skins for use with mac.

Maybe in a few days will be available.

We have an official procedure for packaging the skins for the mac i will need to do this to ensure security.

I read below to look up DJ Formats Skins. But all is find is EXE. files. Is there a separate link or search feature for skins?

i downloaded the mac version of the scratch 5 skin and when i try to use it it says invalid skin file (error line 0 in the xml).
can anyone help me with this?

Please purchase the program if you like it , if you have please activate your serial in your profile.

This is how you get the great addons and free updates.

Of course i have used the official procedure, uploading it in the official site.. here in VDJ.com
I hope the teamers put those skins available for download, and so the mac users can have more skins.

The other way it's to have a windows system, and ... convert it!!

I'll never try to do wrong things in this comunity.

any skin with this logo is available for mac click it for the DMG download.

Hey nobody really answered Diamond's question.

!i downloaded the mac version of the scratch 5 skin and when i try to use it it says invalid skin file (error line 0 in the xml).
can anyone help me with this?

I am getting the same message after I download a Mac skin. CAN anyone here help?

Not sure if you are responding to my post, but I tried downloading New style VJ v2.1

Yes i was mate - lol

I have just downloaded this skin and it works fine. Couple of things to check - leave download ZIPPED - ensure you drop it into "VirtualDJ/Skins" and it should be fine to load in VDJ. The skin however hasnt been ported correctly for mac and the fonts are too large and do not work properly.

Can i suggest one of these that i have made specifically for mac (and then adapted for windows:

please help! i have to play tomorrow and mi virtual dj 6 just show up the error: invalid skin file (error line %i in the xml) i have 8 hours trying to fixed and nothing. please help!

I am using Virtual Vinyl (Verion 6.0.2) on a 17" Macbook Pro .... It works a like a charm .... I am trying to get a new skin for it . Grom the VDJ.com site (Yes ,I am an active member !!) and downloaded a skin from 1 place and also a ZIP file with many skins however when I click on them to open it tells me " Virtual DJ cannot be found" !!!!
How do I install MAC skins (i am looking for one that looks like Serato Scratch Live)

You must have moved the Virtual DJ folder from it's default location. I had the same problem but there's a workaround instead of having to move the Virtual DJ folder back to where the installer thinks it should be. Just create a new folder "VirtualDJ" in put a sub-folder in it called "Skins". Now when you install a skin it will show up there, then just move the zip file from the 'dummy' skin folder to the actual skin folder.

Can you please be oa little more specific ? I'm not sure I fully understood WHERE to create these new folders (Virtual Dj and Skins) ???
