Topic: Hercules checking forums for console faults

Did anybody now that Hercules checked the different forums looking for user's who are having issues or finding faults with there consoles.

I've got a thread going on the Hardware page, and I've just had email back from the regarding this.

Very good idea Hercules, smart move.

many hardware companies check this forum and others on a regular basis , good support is proactive support.
