Hi hope someone can give me some ideas to fix this.
Problem is when previewing a track and I move the slider to listen further into the track, I get a sort of skipping coming over my speakers. I am using a Xponent and have tried various options in the config of VDJ but the problem still remains.
Any help will be appreciated..

Previewing where?
in sidelist or in an actual player? I have the xponent and don't get any skipping at all when previewing in a player on both my computers, never tried the sidelist though... could be you comp specs??

If u untick the safe mode in the performance settings in vdj, does that help?
Also try to set latency to auto;)
If that doesn't help, list down ur system specs.

It seems like you're talking about the preview function from the browser (the little dialog baox that pops up). I've read posts before with folks having unexpected problems with this. Your best bet is not to advance in the track when using this feature, or preview the track in a deck on PFL. This is not a solution, I know, but it is a workaround for this issue.

Thanks for the suggestions but only thing that works is not to move the slider (little black box) manually.
