Topic: Auto Gain Feature In Numark Cue v5.2.1 pro

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Hello,

I just recently upgraded to Numark Cue 5.2.1. pro.

In the last version I was using, I could set the Auto Gain to "Always 0db" for my song levels.

I noticed in this new version that there isn't a selection for "Always 0db"

What is the best setting to use so that songs that are recorded at a lower level will automatically play at a higher level?

Is it the "Auto" setting? How does this setting work? Does it work like the Always 0db did?

Yes, Auto is the same as Always 0db. Recommend Auto+Remember if you use the internal gain controls to adjust the gain on the tracks, as this will remember your gain adjustments.

@cstoll
Maybe you can help me with this issue on the Auto+Remember, if I use that feature I have a couple of videos when they load they auto gain to something like 7.0db instead of 0db. Is there a way to reset them back to 0db? If I use Auto then I don't have this issue, sorry not trying to hijack this thread but, posted this problem a while back and got no answers.

The function "Remember" is studied on purpose to remember the gain of each song:
if you change manually the value of gain, each time you load that song the gain's value will be the same you set tha last time

sischo is correct. Load the song, set the gain from the 7.0db to 0db. then load the song to the other deck and you will see it should load to 0db.
