Our only connections with VirtualDJ are we really believe it is a great product, we customize skins to work more effectively with our touchscreen based systems and we know a lot about its capabilities and how to support them with a great computer platform.
We really appreciate your comments and try to learn from our clients as much as we can.
In response to the road case comment, this in one option of many available for the ProDJpc ALLn1. In essence any case that can hold an 8U X 5.5" piece of equipment is a candidate to carry the ALLn1. This particular case offering was developed in reaction to our clients who wanted a small, ergonomically sensitive case for transporting and positioning the system for optimal performance by the user. This case has met and exceeded the demands of those clients for over a year and a half, however, we are flexible and definitely understand the preferences of our clients.
For example, one client called and asked if we could produce a solution for him that would fit with his existing timecode vinyl set up. He carried his 1200's in two separate cases with a battle mixer / laptop mess in between. What we discovered is you can simply take the EXACT 1200 cases he was using for his turntables, take the turntable foam out of the top lid, secure our system to the top lid and use the bottom lid as the cover, produce a customized skin that only has what he needs in mixer and sound and video shaping tools and voila, you have a system that has a touchscreen interface in place of the mixer and laptop that, from a distance, looks much more old school and has all the features you'd want at your fingertips, placed wherever you want instead of where the manufacture wants.
Please do not confuse the ProDJpc Customized Road Case or the Turn-Key system we produce by combining the ALLn1 with the Customized Road Case with the ALLn1 itself. You can do anything you want with the ALLn1 by itself including building one with your computer parts from the ALLn1 Do-it-yourself kit.
