I signed up yesterday for a 6 month new release subscription. A couple of the songs lyric displays are so glitchy the track becomes unusable, some songs aren't the songs they're labeled as, the Tenacious D track "Tribute" has no audio when burned to cd, there were around 10 songs that had no lyric display at all, and the last 2 pages of new releases only has the "buy" option.
Is that really all they give me for a $200 subscription? I'm starting to think I made a big mistake;^[

Naw, looks like the subscriptions are non refundable. Really, I'm still getting my moneys worth I suppose, it's just frustrating;^]

If you paid via credit card, call your card company and lodge
a complaint. Most of the credit cards will not pay until the issue

have you cntacted them directly yet to try and have them correct the situation? On the glitchy ones have you tried redownloading because sometimes they get corrupted during download and when you redownload they are fine.....as far as the wrong songs contact them, maybe they can get the right song and correct it on the site also.
Be carefull with Amazon, a lot of times they say they are karaoke and they are just the instrumental mp3...I find that happening more often lately.

I sent them an email this morning but haven't heard back yet. I did try redownloading those couple songs and it was the same result. I think I'm just gonna see how the next 6 months go with their service, it's already paid for & I'm still getting a decent value plus I need to build my karaoke library which is right now barely 600 songs (including the chartbusters 450 vol. 8). Chartbusters sent me an email though announcing soon they will offer custom cdgs, might be worth looking at once they implement it;^]
