I'm planning on buying a dual cd player,which i would like to use with vdj, but the jog wheels on it can't scratch only search and pitch blend will the jogs be able to srcatch once hooked up to vitual dj???

The jogwheels will function exactly the same when using timecode CD's with VirtualDJ.
To scratch, you will either need CD players with a vinyl/scratch mode or a MIDI controller that can control VirtualDJ directly, such as Denon HC-4500, Numark DMC-2, Pioneer CDJ-400, Numark iCDX, etc.
