You probably have ground loop issues or interference from the computer's power supply. If you are using a laptop, you can confirm this by disconnecting the power supply, so that it is running from batteries only. The noise should disappear.
To resolve this, you will need to purchase a ground loop isolator and connect it between the master output of the console and your amp/speakers.
