Hi, I'm Bishop J.R. Stowe and I would like you welcome you to "Joyful Sounds Radio", a collaborative ministry effort of The Historic Mt. Glory Missionary Baptist Church and Community Covenant Ministries (CCM). This endeavor is birthed in memory of several of my family members, namely:
The Late Pastor D.S. Stowe, my Spiritual and Natural Father, who was the Patriarch and spiritual leader of our family. The Late Mother Alvera McIntoish Stowe, the Matriarch and rock of the family. The Late Robert "Bad Bob" Stowe, the first DJ of the family. The Late Phyllis Stowe Searcy, the heart of us all. The Late Michael "Dollar Man" Stowe Sr., my "Ride or Die" Brother, and the incomparable The Late Alvin Christopher Stowe, "AKA" A.C. Stone in radio circles nationwide. It is both a...
