My name is Greg Tovar. I go by the name of UNEX!! I was born in Chicago,IL and raised in Lil Waco, Hammond, IN. I now live back in Chicago. I have been doing this DJ thing for about 30 years. I love playing it all when I go on. I was in 2 battles and love going off every time I go on. I am also an MC and make Hip Hop beats. I am an Old School DJ that mostly plays vinyl and although I respect the benefits of using the laptop, I don't really use it. I started back in 1987 when we bought some records and used 2 stereos and some headphones. My friend's brother introduced me to the BD 10... Yo!

I then got my own BD 10'S and did little House Parties in Hammond and East Chicago. While most DJ's were basically playing records, I was actually mixing them and sounded good. I love the Old School House Music because I got into it when it first came out. However, I was always into Hip Hop as well. That's what I still love to play to this day but don't be fooled, I can still mix Tell me more from the Grease soundtrack with Sugar Sugar by The Archies and Centerfold by The J. Geils Band and Inner vision by System of a Down!!! Yes, I love mixing sound. So blessed to be a part of The Virtual DJ!!!
