Please note the client is liable for any damages sustained to the disk jockey’s equipment by persons in the client’s party. The disk jockey is not liable for any damages to property by other persons, and or incidents related to intoxication.

I understand we all enjoy our DJ names but, they are not binding in court. Hence, use your legal name. I also added coverage of your costs should court become needed. Otherwise you could be out of pocket more in litigation than you would make for the night. Also, I added when you get paid. My contracts state I get paid before I start. Some customers are not comfortable paying you until they see you have set up. It is a simple thing, but will make a difference. As always, I strongly suggest you have a LOCAL lawyer look over any documents. Each state/county/region has their own angle on the law.
