Thanks as always Jimmie. I need to leave my own directions on my dang desktop to be able to do it.
Eminem and Xibit did this and it is hilarious. I listen to it when I am really pissed in the gym and working out. There was a guy two weeks ago I was fighting named James Dupree. I was so pumped going into it. I won but the guy hurt me pretty bad. I think it made me hate JD even more.

Sounds to me the way I interpret it , he's mad because no DJ will play his songs/beats? Or not getting the big contracts like before in the days. I run into alot of bands/groups whatever and if I like their sounds hook me up with a couple tracks, I will play it. This one arstist trying to get his sounds out, did bring a CD in, couple years ago and told me its $15, I was like, huh lol. Dude you should be paying me to play it. A week later he gave me a free copy. If I was making money off it yea, I would give him a cut, but it's promotion for him. Some probably would see a different view though.

If the DJ is dead, then what are we all doing here?! I think we should run in any damn direction we please...Don't you?
Seriously though, we are sort of handcuffed to the most popular stuff the majority of the time, which doesn't leave much breathing room. As I'm sure most of you know, if you try to play something too far outside of that paradigm, you risk being lynched!
@Paulie
Love the video, man, lol

That was pretty inspirational rambling. I wrote a solution here* to all the problems in the music business from listener, dj, artist, distribution and monetization standpoint including implementation details front end, back end, software and hardware but have yet to think if there's any money in it to the one bearing the costs of implementation. (the monetization point was about getting money to dj, artist and distributor but I'm not seeing anyone fronting the millions to build this solution)
* cut and pasted to notepad as it went slightly off topic, sorry guys
